Terms of Service

Welcome to Samiio. Samiio is operated by Age In Reverse Pte. Ltd. (“Samiio”, “we”, “us”). By using the Samiio app or samiio.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What Samiio is

Samiio is a personalised AI wellness coaching app. It gives guidance on nutrition, movement, mindfulness, sleep and general wellbeing through an AI coach built on the knowledge and philosophy of Samuel Hollins, a health coach who has coached over 10,000 people worldwide.

Samiio is designed to support and educate, not to replace professional medical advice. All health content in the app and on this website is for information only.

2. Not medical advice

Samiio is not a medical service or a medical device. Nothing in Samiio, including coaching conversations, nutrition tracking, analysis of wearable data or health test results, supplement suggestions or wellness content, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, supplements or health plan, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3. Your responsibilities

By using Samiio, you agree to:

• Give accurate information during onboarding and in your profile
• Use Samiio for your own personal, non commercial use
• Not try to reverse engineer, copy or exploit any part of Samiio or its AI systems
• Not share content that is abusive, illegal or harmful, including in challenges or on leaderboards
• Keep your login details secure and not share your account

4. Your account

You must be 18 or over to create a Samiio account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you think someone else has accessed it, email hello@samiio.com straight away.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, behave abusively or misuse the AI coaching. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete My Account.

5. Health data and uploads

You choose what to connect and upload, such as Apple Health data, meal photos and health test results. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload. How we handle this data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Membership and billing

Samiio is a paid membership, available monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store, with a 7 day free trial for new members. The prices for your country are shown in the app before you subscribe.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm your purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you started one
• Your membership renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or of the free trial)
• Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your membership any time in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions
• If you cancel during the free trial you won’t be charged; any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a membership
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s policies
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice, and Apple will ask for your agreement where required

We never see or store your payment card details. Payments are handled securely by Apple.

7. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist on samiio.com doesn’t create an account or commit you to anything. We’ll only use your email to tell you about Samiio’s launch and important updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Intellectual property

Everything in Samiio, including the AI coaching system, the wellness library, the app and website design, and the 90 Nutrients Framework, belongs to Age In Reverse Pte. Ltd.. You may not copy, distribute or make derivative works from it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Samiio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or website, including reliance on any health content or AI coaching responses.

Samiio is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll let you know about important changes in the app. Continuing to use Samiio after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

Samiio is operated by Age In Reverse Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Singapore.
